Phuc is the Founder and CEO of Vietnamese American Development, The Best Rate Insurance, and The AP’s Consultants.
A first generation Vietnamese-American, Phuc is a graduate at University of Houston and an avid businessman. It was his experience as an immigrant and a relationship manager at Bank of America that inspired him to found VAD. “I want to build a community where young Vietnamese Americans could come together and collaborate as a united force to make a meaningful impact.”
Bridging the gap between nonprofit and online media, Phuc founded VAD—the top nonprofit in Greater Houston Area. Today VAD is a mission-driven nonprofit organization that empowers young Vietnamese Americans looking to make a difference through programs and digestible content on the entrepreneurship, social activism, and pop culture.
